Glass Sand Carving
Using a laser resist system we can laser etch then sand carve lightly to change the surface or heavily to make a deep impression which we can then fill with colour. The finish you get with sand carving is smooth, consistent and second to none. With sandblasted glass you can add a silver or gold fill to enhance the etching.
Glass Lasering
Laser Engraving is an efficient and cost effective way to engrave glass. Any image you can put on a computer we can put on a glass. Great for Clubs, Reunions and large quantity orders
Number Plate Surrounds
We can supply black and white surrounds for New Zealand standard number plates. Text is applied using various vinyls, reflective and non-reflective colours (not screen printed).
Glass Burnishing
Burnishing is where we use a rotating floating diamond to engrave your glass. Using this method gives us a very distinctive white finish. Great for crystal engraving.
Head Collars & Saddle Plates
Showing LINE SEVEN as an engraved brass halterplate, 100 x 19mm which has securing lugs attached on back. The lower is a saddle plate 65 x 12mm which requires attaching. Also available is a stallion halterplate which is 130 x 23mm. All plates are brass with engraved text, then black powdercoat fill applied before polishing.
