VISION MAX Multi Axis Engraver
Recently purchased is our Vision engraving machine. With engraving speeds of up to 250mm per second and a larger 200 x 305mm engraving area, the MAX can engrave cylindrical items up to 260mm inches in diameter and flat items up to 280mm thick. The newest feature is a red laser pointer that is included for easy job set-ups. Featuring diamond drag or rotary cutting, this heavy-duty system is ideal for any full-service engraving shop. It takes only seconds to switch between flat engraving and deep vice work with the interchangeable T-slot table. In addition to trophy plates and plaques, you can engrave text and logos on silver or pewter mugs, steins,pens, bowls, cups, glass, and other items. MAX Highlights:

ROLAND EXG400 Flatbed Engraver
Our EGX-400 makes it fast and easy to engrave or scribe a wide variety of materials. Spindle speed can be varied between 8,000 and 30,000 rpm for engraving a wide variety of materials, including wood, urethane foam, plastic, acrylic, and light metals such as brass and aluminium.
Suregrave 4824i Pro Flatbed Engraver
Suregrave 4824i Pro Flatbed engraver which is our latest edition to our engraving workshop.. With engraving area of 1200 x 600 mm, this will allow us to engrave larger plates, plaques being stainless steel, brass, marine aluminium or plastics. A router head has also been fitted for those larger engraving jobs.
CX900 60 Watt CO2 Laser
Our Water cooled, sealed CO2 laser engraver. Features conveyor style rotary attachment. Table size is 900mm x 600mm with front and back open ends to allow larger jobs to be engraved or passed through. LCD display panel Software used is a stand alone exported from Corel Draw.
GCC Mercury 30 Watt Laser
Our Air cooled, sealed CO2 laser engraver. Features clamp style rotary attachment. Table size is 635mm x 458mm with front and back doors closed but both doors may be opened to allow larger jobs to be engraved or passed through. LCD display panel Software used is Corel Draw
LTT 60 Watt CO2 Laser

2 x Gravograph Cup Engravers
These pantographs allow us to engrave cylindrical items. Used mainly for engraving names & dates onto trophy cups for each years recipients. A large range of cup diameters can be fitted into engraving area as shown, with silver cup ready for engraving. We are fortunate to have 2 of these pantographs which allows for quicker turn around time.
TX2 & TX3 Pantograph Engravers
Top of the range pantograph engraver, the TXL is designed to cope with any type of work, be it large salvers, cups and trophies, plates, labels or large bulky parts that need to be marked. Shown in photo is a silver tray ready for engraving. We also do a lot of jewellery engraving with this pantograph.
Gravograph Ring Engraver
Our ring engraver is able to hold a large selection of rings in a 3 jaw clamp. We can then engrave on the inside of the ring using an "ITALIC CAPITAL" only font.
Sublimation System Epson 4450 and A3 Heat Press
Sublimation is the process by which ink is permanently embedded into a substrate such as plastic, metal, fabric, ceramics and glass. The process allows us to print in multiple colours, with photographic quality imagery, up to 600 x 300 in short and long runs. Sublimation is much more durable than screen printing. Put your Company, School, Sports Club logo onto name badges, interior signage, coasters, plaques, trophy plates, along with personalised inserts for medals & key fobs.
2x Millenium 575X ID Card Printers
The Millennium 575X has the largest format available today in full color digital imaging technology for the badge/plate industry. Able to automatically feed and print full color square cornered pre-cut blanks, the 575X will save time, material and cost. In short, the 575X produces higher profit margins in addition to full color output. With our 2 printers, we are able to print on a thick or thin white plastic card. Used mainly for production of name badges or ID cards.
MiniPro Sandblaster
Sand carving is used to produce decorations which are similar in appearance in many ways to acid etched glass. The finish on blasted surfaces is a matte (or "frosted") one. Create company logos, names, and custom designs to a variety of items including glassware, gifts, trophies, awards, clocks, ceramics, tools, and more. You’re limited only by your imagination.
